NEW BUSINESS
Bill D discussed the spring workshop and suggested topics of traditions and service. He reminded the group that District 10 is a service district and should be focusing on service rather than steps. Roger C proposed topics of service and serenity and suggested that chairs of Inter-area committees attend with information about their committees.
The District 10 annual workshop will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Corunna United Methodist Church on Saturday, April 18, with help from the House of Serenity Group. Coffee will be served at 9 a.m. and lunch will consist of Coney dogs and donated dishes.
The annual Kirby Road Park picnic is tentatively scheduled for June 28.
There was discussion on organizing Inter-Area and getting more people to attend and on how to spread the word to other districts when District 10 hosts seminars and workshops.
Having no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:40 p.m. with the Lords Prayer.
The next meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 1 at Christ Episcopal Church in Owosso.
